Improve your confidence, physical fitness, and discipline while having fun learning new skills with Taekwondo. You will learn techniques to control your body and be aware of your surroundings. Fitness and flexibility is taught in each class. Advanced students learn traditional forms, sparring techniques, and defensive tactics. Work toward your world recognized Blackbelt.
This class is for those eight and up unless accompanied by a registered parent or is instructor approved. Parent's first session is free with registered child.
