Northfield Safety Camp - # 1188 - – S18A
Description:

The health and safety of all children is very important! Here is your chance to to learn from a variety of community and county professionals as they impart their expertise by creatively activating participation with hands on experiences including fire safety, weather safety, first aid, vaping, bullying, animal safety, electrical safety & more!  Furthermore, participants will see a live K-9 demonstration, participate in a bike rodeo, practice water safety skills at the middle school pool, role play safety situations with CLIMB Theater and see a helicopter landing. Between the learning sessions, there will be exhilarating field games and competitions sure to thrill every camper. Participants should bring a sack lunch. Snacks and beverages will be provided. Pre-registration is required. 

7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. check in, 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. pick up

Programs begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tu, W, & Th

The Safety Day Camp is being organized in collaboration with the Northfield Hospital & Clinics, Northfield Hospital & Clinics EMS, Northfield Public Schools Community Services Division, City of Northfield - Northfield Public Library and Street & Parks Division, Northfield Police and Fire, Rice County Sheriff Department and the Northfield YMCA.

In case the link doesn't work properly for you, a hard copy of the information is scheduled to be emailed to you on Monday, July 30 and there will also be copies available at the time of drop-off.
